AC Fitness Bootcamp
Thank you Bootcampers! I just want to extend a serious and sincere thank you to all my loyal bootcampers that stuck with me over the past 6 months. I am where I am today because your enthusiasm for your own health and fitness has matched my own. The first annual AC Fitness outdoor summer bootcamp was an absolute success, and I had a blast working with you, and can’t wait to see what comes next!
The information below is for the summer of 2011 AC Fitness Bootcamp. 2012’s info will come as summer approaches.
Beginning July 9th AC Fitness will be starting an all new, out door one hour bootcamp!Each bootcamp will run 3 weeks, 3 sessions per week (Tuesday 6pm, Thursday 6pm, and Saturday 9am) at a cost of $90 per 3 week bootcamp per person (that’s only $10 per session). Spots are limited and are already filling up fast, so contact Adam ASAP!

Classes will meet at Cricket Hill at Montrose Harbor, right off Montrose Ave. and the lake for one hour (Tuesday 6pm, Thursday 6pm, and Saturday 9am). There is parking for those who drive, and Cricket Hill and Montrose Harbor are also fully accessible via the 78 Montrose bus (Montrose and Marine Drive stop). For North/South travelers the 36 Broadway and 151 or 156 Sheridan buses will drop you just blocks from Cricket Hill at the Brodway/Sheridan/Montrose stop.
